Welcome to AVT. We specialise in all aspects of Voice systems used in Financial markets which include the PBX, Trading Turret and Voice Recording elements. Our services range from providing support contracts for smaller items, such as a small voice recorder through to being involved in a project to design, install and support a full voice estate for many hundreds of users. Furthermore our approach is to carry different manufacturers products in our portfolio thereby enabling us to provide an impartial view on what solution would suit any particular client better.

AVT have been in existence for over 20 years which means we carry a wealth of experience about new and legacy system as well as a large quantity of spares. This also allows us to provide companies with support on older legacy systems long after their sunset policies have expired enabling customers to “sweat their assets” for longer. Our intimate knowledge of how Trader Voice Solutions / Dealer Board  work has also enabled us to provide bespoke applications to customers requiring something out of the ordinary.

One of the most important elements of our business is good technical understanding of business telephone systems and attention to detail at the pre-sales and on-going support level. This has meant that we have received a number of awards over the year including EMEA service partner of the year from NICE.

Our innovative and pro-active approach to maintenance has meant that many customers have moved to AVT during the life of their equipment.
