AVT were able to take over the support of our trading and voice recording system, providing fully qualified engineers, enabling us to extend the operational life of the system, and to accommodate additional personnel.

This saved us money on buying a new system, but the support charges from AVT were considerably lower than we had previously paid. Service responses were also significantly improved, generating significant operational savings.
